by Daniel K. on so i'm regretting not getting the omakase. for $60 at lunch, it was a tempting option, but ended up with the pork belly ramen instead. pork belly was good, ramen, on the other hand, was not so hot. noodles were on the softer side and the broth wasn't as bold as i'd prefer. all-in-all, it was aiight. seemed like my buddies were enjoying their chicken katsu and vegetable tempura rolls a lot more. hopefully i'll get a chance to come back and try the omakase since i feel this particular experience doesn't do morimoto's justice :P
by Ms. A. on I don't know what kind of day the other reviewers had, but my night was great. Very chill atmosphere; the bartender from London kicks ass! Would come back for het hospitality alone. She did a very nice job. The area outside is kinda crazy, but as long as you stay focused ur okay.
by Ulrike Mcabee on ahhh the potential this place has. Ive been here a bunch of times to see some big DJ's and have to say that i have had a blast with my friends. That being said..... WHAT IS UP WITH THESE BARTENDERS???? Ok, as a girl I can admit, some of them are really pretty. Great bodies, fake boobs, lots of make up and skanky outfits. Thats all fine and dandy if they can actually pour a drink. We had the pleasure of having a girl who was the biggest DOUCHE I have ever met. Fist off, she was like 6 feet tall and built like a body builder. Her face was pretty but had a scowl on it. She was only serving the juice heads and when she wasnt she was sipping out of her gallon jug of water. We heard her tell a guy she was gonna be in a show soon (great and all but cmon hun, get to steppin and serve me a drink!) She finally asked us what we wanted so we ordered. We got about half the order and she was done with us. If there is one thing i cant stand its girls who are full of themselves. We spent the rest of the night ordering from Romeo who was AWESOME. The music was fun and we danced the night away!! So aside from the douchy girl staff ( OH!!! And the CREEPY old guy ( i think he is an owner) who spent the night sitting on top of the bar looking all banged up playing with the hanging lights!), this place is OK. I would go back if another of my fav dj's passed through. I just think that they should re-evaluate the staff.
