by Katie C. on To me, Delux is just your typical burger joint that seems so atypical nowadays. The burgers are pretty decent and the fries are pretty yum. I would say go if you're in the area. But, I prefer the burrito place next door.
by Kenneth Litz on The food here is not as bad as people say. I would rather eat here than a lot of the tacos places around this area (that includes you Taco Bell). My favorite dish here is the quesadilla. It is nothing fancy, but it tastes right. Drink-wise. The beer tastes like it should. The mexican coffee taste kind of weird, so I am not a fan. I do not like the bitter taste of coffee with tequila. It was a big mistake. The sangaria was not too bad, but not the best I have had. Bottomline, this place is clean and affordable for a lot of food. It is a good place to come for some decent food and a pretty good atmosphere. But I only recommend this place if you are with your friends. You can find better places if you are just going solo for lunch.
by Teri C. on I've been to Bubble Lounge on two occasions. The first being a bachelorette party last year and most recently, the Rateclub Elite event. Drinks were free and the bartenders were cool. At one point, someone accidentally knocked over a champagne flute with their elbow, sending the glass crashing down over the bar and breaking all over the place. The bartender cleaned it up and gave us another one with not even a blink of the eye. We like that! (And this was a paid drink by now! What a nice guy!) Because of all the couches and seating area, it's a cliquey type place. Harder to mingle and meet people with how the seating is set up. I remember dancing was happening downstairs last year. I fondly recall chocolate and strawberries too on the menu. Who doesn't love that? The staff for this event were out and about with hot hor'dourves. We like food brought to us. It's a nice set up. It's not trashy looking, and you feel like you gotta look a bit pretty to be hanging out here. But I guess it depends on what kind of mood you're in if you want to hang here. As my male friend noticed, after the Rateclub event ended and the private party was over, he noticed "Asian Import Model-ish" type girls getting picked up on by "Old White Men" and he was grossed out. (The dude was giving the girl a massage. Blech!) It's a nice place to hang out if you're dressed for it. If you want something casual and kick back, this isn't your place.
