by Lue Steinle on This place definitely has a lot of potential as a neighborhood happy hour spot. But I'm kind of glad it hasn't blown up yet. I went here for happy hour after work last Friday and was very pleased that not only was I not yelling and/or straining to hear during group conversation but you could also do cartwheels, probably even some floor exercises too. I jest, but really - we were only 6 of maybe 15 people there. And the space was enormous. They only serve beer, wine, and soju cocktails - be sure to have their white wine sangria. The art gallery was an added bonus. The best part was that they had a free-standing, very large, gold picture frame in there. A fun place to get rid of your camera shy-ness, after a few drinks.
by Rich K. on I discovered "6" late in my Atlanta life. And while they are known for the seafood, I believe they have the single greatest burger in Atlanta. Better than Vortex, Brewhouse, and Brickstore (also damn good). Chips here are fantastic as well...don't cop out and get the fries...just cause it might seem like the right thing to do. Parking's a biotch...especially round lunchtime...so get there early (like 1130) or after 1:30 if you want it easy...though there is ample street parking down the road a bit...
