Hum so many facets of this place.  As far as actual food, Medjool delivers with a large menu selection. The Mediterranean tapas are great, but the prices are way out of line. $15 is the average price for tapas... really, for tapas?!? As an evening venue, the crowd is quite questionable: snooty, and Jersey Shore-esque. The rooftop is the only redeeming factor, but even then it's usually over-crowed. I'd skip this place...

I came here last Friday for a company party.  The entire place was shutdown for this event for four hours.  We didn't bother to park in the garage but luckily found someone pulling out of a spot on the street and we took it right away - score! Getting in wasn't a problem at all since we had wristbands, so it was easy.  Coat check was lame.  They didn't have enough space to hang our coats but that wasn't a big deal. The layout of the place is nice, spacious, with lots of flow however I found the architecture and decor and lighting of it all outdated compared to other places.  I had no idea there was a rooftop - a nice plus.  I did  notice on my way up to the rooftop (lots of stairs) there's a hostel adjacent to the bldg?  huh? Midway through the party at the rooftop some waitress was clumsy enough to spill her entire tray of drinks on my friend and i.  I guess she was trying to maneuver herself around a bunch of people but failed to do so by losing her balance. It was horrible!  Management apologized to my friend. They offered her to pay for the dry cleaning bill which I thought was a nice gesture. After the incident we basically had fun throughout the whole night.  Open bar, drinks flowing (fyi they really make their drinks strong here), music bumping, people singing karaoke. Oh my gawd did someone just sing "oops I did it again"? haha. Food was good.  I remember eating dolmas, tabbouleh, chicken skewers, hummus with flat bread, goat cheese with mushrooms?, crab cakes, etc.  All in all it was good food and lots of it. I must say though despite the incident at the rooftop, the servers were very polite and attentive during the party. The place opened up at 11pm to the public.  It was overall a fun night.

I had a great time when I went. I like the different levels and rooms. Some people seem to not like this club. But, it's in a good location and you can find parking. You can go dressed up or down.  It's definately a place to bring a large group of people.  You tend to get separated a lot.  Multiple bars and floors... great fun It's really close to food after you get out of the club, which can be a plus sometimes.  I went when there was a guest DJ and heard some great mixes of rock/hiphop/house/powerpop.  The drink were well priced for this kind of venue. I had one mixed drink it was about $8, but had beer most the night. check it, check the dj first...
