by B. Jane G. on Saw the yelle show here this past tuesday. amazin!!!! i was in front so cant really complain about the venue. i scoped it out a bit, and i dont think id come here on just any night, but definitely for another show! and as expected, drink were overpriced
by Alvin Raschilla on Pool tables... blah blah blah... shuffleboard... blah blah blah... foosball... blah blah blah... beer. Well... none of that really matters because these guys now have Pinball machines (it's about damn time!) Pins at this location: NBA Fast Break (Bally 1997) http://ipdb.org/machin... Demolition Man (Williams 1994) http://ipdb.org/machin... Both machines play pretty well. The NBA Fast Break machine has a couple problems with the "ball shooter" from time to time, but it wasn't too big of a problem. The Fast Break machine is upstairs, the Demolition Man is downstairs in the front window.
by Stephanie S. on This roof top, lounge in a lush pillow filled cabana, restaurant is definitely the place to be seen (if thats what your into)?! Me, personally, prefer the a bar with character, but I have to admit, for what this is - it does it right. Prime location - glancing over Peachtree street and gazing high towards new condos. The scene is restaurant downstairs with a central bar and dark tables and deep colored cushioned booths lined by flashy drapes. Upstairs is where its at - DJ pumping out the mix of beats, another fully stocked bar off to the side, hot HOT waiters serving drinks to the many uptowners downing cocktails and martini's by the plenty as they try to one up each other. Everyone is here to impress, so don't be shocked to see a bunch of overly decked out girls flaunting their overly priced designer Gucci clutches or the men smelling like Armani. And with all that comes the drink prices...ouch!
