When our resident ratecluber photog, Mitch A. ( http://www.flickr.com/...) had a conversation with the artist, and Big Lebowski lookalike, Merkley ( http://apogeemag.com/i...). Mitch: Hey Merkley, I've met you once. Merkley: Yeah? Where? Mitch: I took a photograph of you at Beauty Bar Merkley: Oh, you're the guy that called me a DOUCHE!! My friend Thomas whisked me away at that point, so I didn't get to witness what happened next. But with that thrilling conversation, I'm sure M & M made sweet love. I mean, they're both photogs whose name names begin with a letter, M, if a love match it doth not make, then I don't know what does! YAY for boobies and shoes!!!
by Jane K. on Not so fond of the clubbing part, but as far as the food goes, the executive chef at mood is spectacular. Chef Keven makes amazing food, and as his follower from his Vegas days, I have to say its much different from his french fusion dishes that Ive had, but his Asian fusion at mood is great. My favorites from his bar menu is the Roti, his crabcakes, and the springrolls. It doesnt hurt to know the chef and have vip service with stuff not even on the menu!
