I threw a birthday party for my husband at Sloane and I have to say - it went down perfectly. I had a group size of about 25 guests and had 3 VIP tables upstairs in the Mezzanine level. Guests found Sloane without any problems. When I arrived, 2 hostesses took care of me right away and the hostess during the night was (besides being gorgeous) super attentive and sweet. Every staff member I met that night were professional and pleasant! They were watchful of the VIP area (checking stamps) but also still were flexible & accomodated our guests without any issues. We danced the night away beside the DJ that spins upstairs and had an awesome view below. The best part - is that my group wasn't that big and I didn't want them feeling lost in a big club or issues being right beside a big dance floor. I def recommend Sloane if you are looking for a place with a more mature crowd (meaning - not ghetto!) and so huge that you'll all feel lost - it's more of an intimate feeling (but still not cramped & tiny like other places.) The decor is also awesome with the brick, wood & cool backdrop behind the bar. And last, but not least, the music was awesome (seemed more top 40's & hip hop music)!!! Def got even some of our most stubborn guests off the couch to dance! So overall - totally awesome experience & I def recommend to anyone interested in a cool bar/lounge w/ a more mature crowd. I would go back just to hang and listen to the music w/o the VIP reservations. So check it out. I like their venue photos on Facebook, too.

I was in a stay at home mood, but my friend dragged me here, and I ended up having a great time. It has a nice tavern feel. The beer selection was huge and the price was good. There was live music, and the band rocked. I didn't know I could have that much fun in Pasadena for $10 total!
