I thought this place was cool, hung out up stairs had the fried green tomatoes and a glass of dalwhinne 15yr single malt for 7.50 which usually costs $14 or $15 other places.

Negatives: 1.) It takes forever to be seated (regardless of whether or not you have a reservation.) Upon walking in, the host asks you to make your way to the bar while they await the next table to become available. 2.) The noise level (upstairs or downstairs) is incredibly loud. I had to yell across the table for my dining guests to hear me. 3.) The service can be quite slow. I've yet to finish a meal in under an hour here. Positives: 1.) The atmosphere is very chic and sophisticated. I would compare it to my experiences at a high-scale bar/restaurant in NYC. 2.) The food is amazing. Everytime I've taken someone here, they are amazed at the quality of the food and the drawbacks of the facility dissolve in their memory. 3.) The atmosphere is unique and adds to the experience of "fine dining." I would recommend this restaurant for a group of people wanting to spend the entire evening lounging at a fine restaurant. The setting is really more fitting for a couple looking for a date night; however, the noise level is far too loud for an intimate dinner. Still, I just love this place far too much to give it less than 4 stars. So consider this a STRONG 4-star review!

Ew. I'm sure I shouldn't judge a place on its clientele, but the clientele the day I was there was not pleasant. I was "forced" to go here to watch the first of the Final Four games as all of downtown was blocked off and not worth the effort. There weren't many people there, which was fine. And a little understandable, too. The (female) bartender seemed annoyed with my orders--those Blue Moons are hard to pour! The queso (yes, I ordered queso at an Irish bar) was not good, the salsa was mediocre. The back room (with games) was a much more comfortable place to sit to watch the game. The dart board (right by a nice big TV) must have been rigged because I KILLED on both games. Unless I was in a dart tourney, I would not go back.
