by J. T. on This is the best aquarium I've ever visited, and it's my favorite Atlanta attraction. I've been to Atlanta multiple times in my life, so I've experienced several of them. I have no kids, so it was just my husband and I visiting the aquarium, but we both love to learn and observe sea life, so we had a wonderful time. There is so much to see here, and the design of the viewing areas makes it very immersive. There are areas with crawlspaces that have glass around so you feel like you're right there with the fish. Pretty sure these areas are meant for kids, but I scooted into one and got my husband to take my picture anyway. Of course, I'd be remiss not to mention Ocean Voyager, one of the largest viewing tanks in the world. You can see this behemoth of a tank at various places in the aquarium, the glass tunnel being the most popular. Try going upstairs near the food court; there's a huge window to view up there, and not as many people seem to know about it. We spent a lot of time watching the gorgeous whale sharks. Just try not to hold your breath when one of them swims overhead in the glass tunnel! We visited on a weekend in March, and it was crowded, but it was manageable. Try to get there early if possible. The food court is very expensive, but there was so much to see that we had to eat there. P.S. The sea otters are so cute that your head might explode. Try to be at their exhibit during "enrichment time." The trainer tosses out toys filled with food, and those furry little babies will have you cooing and giggling as they go after them.

After much research, deliberation, traffic, and politickin, we decided to celebrate the night at L.A.X nightclub in ----- you guessed it Hollywood Hollywood Swing Swinging In Hollywood on Las Palmas/Hollywood Blvd. You will find this club L.A.X. spinning the best in Hip Hop and RnB Music Very Expensive Drinks Small Dance Floor Dress to Impress Very nice smoke Patio Valet Park but good luck trying to find a low price lot nearby 2 bars On this night, Ladies was free on guestlist and Guys half off. This is a promoter club so it could be different on any given night Typical of Hollywoooooood......... HOLLYWOOD SWINGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by Jamar Skattebo on Avoid. At all costs. If $15 parking and a rubdown from the security guards isn't enough, overpriced tiny drinks and staredowns from gangster-types, and rude bartenders should be. The whole place has an unfriendly, overproduced, and self-conscious quality that oozes wannabeness. Why would you pay so much money for this in LA of all places... there are so many better clubs out there!
