by Justin J. on Went to go see a band play at Europa Sat night. The management decided to shut them down less than halfway through their set, despite the crowd's protests. Presumably, they did this because it becomes a disco after 10, but I didn't see anyone lining up to get in... Completely disrespected the band and their own patrons who paid to see the band play.
by Damon Stucki on there's potential to this place... it COULD be a fun place. with the right people, the right djs, the right night, it should be a great night. it's in the TL, so expect bums all over the neighborhood, some ask for change while you're in line. if you really want to go here [probably because it is a friend's bday], try to research on who's spinning that night or who's throwing the event. get on that guestlist because $20 is not worth it. don't be fooled by the pictures on this page or their website. it looks like a nice lounge, but those sofas are really just for VIP and it is not cute. the downstairs part feels like a dungeon full of sweaty people. don't remember how much the drinks are but they take forever.

There's absolutely no reason to be that big of a dick with nobody in front of your club. Bottle service or we can't get in? It's Tuesday night and we just wanted a drink (it's not like we weren't with girls). Fuck it. I'm not going to argue with a guy in a mustard colored jacket, I'm just gonna rateclubs your ass.
