by mckaela c. on absolutely the nicest bar/lounge I have ever been to!!!!!! Definitely something you'd want to take a friend or group of friends to. I wouldnt take a date or someone you would meet for the first time cuz you'd have to talk the whole time. ugh. But other than that, it's got so much character, and the staff is great! It's got sooooo much seating room too. Ps The bathroom lady was nice. She suggested goin to into the furnace (heh?!) to check it out...we did and it was cooool.
by Classie Kostic on Not my typical weekend selection, but a group of friends were headed here for Valentine's day and one friend, who wanted to see a special someone, was very keen on going. The $20 cover wasn't surprising, and the drinks were about the price you would expect ($4.50 for beer, $7 for house mixed drinks). I didn't have a great time standing around, and getting bumped into. However, once we found the dance floor beyond the staircase up, we had a lot more fun. I danced for probably two hours straight, and didn't have to worry about taking up too much space.
