Ok this is ONLY for the late night bar festivities. I have a beef with this place. I am actually not too big of a fan when it comes to the club scene, but every now and then I do like to go out and go dancing with my girls and have a good time. We came here and I somewhat expected that, however I was a bit shocked in the end. Here are my reasons: 1. They charge a $10 cover. There was no theme, there was no extra special reason why they just did. 2. They have a really sad beer selection. Like really really sad. 3. I was not feeling the music. Just felt like I was stuck in a Jersey Shore episode. 4. The bouncers herd you around like cattle. And they are RELENTLESS. I seriously felt like mooing. I will give them props for having a rooftop bar sections that has an absolutely gorgeous view. But really, you are paying for the view, which after 20 minutes I was ready to move on from.

i went on the roof, bought a vegetable-curry-pot-pie, went downstairs, and satisfied my munchies in a fort shaped like a pumpkin while a marching band played radiohead great

There is no place in San Francisco quite like The Endup. One of the things I love about San Francisco is the diversity: all colors, flavors, view points, freaks and walks of life. The Endup definitely reflects and honors this color and vibrancy. The club itself is truly unique. It has an outside patio equipped with a garden, upper deck, extended dance deck, waterfall and fountain. When was the last time you went to a club with that kind of atmosphere?!!! As for the music... The Endup represents San Francisco's underground electronic music scene. It is never commercial and cheesy. They bring in many artists that have never played in San Francisco before. The club is truly a dancer's club. It is quite common to see everyone in the club on the dancefloor. I think this is a tribute to how good the music, the sound system and the vibe are. If you want a flavor that is definitely not vanilla, try the Endup. I recommend the [KONTROL] party on first Saturdays or Phonic on Thursdays. I also hear that the Reggae party is poppin' too.
