by Anon A. on Came here on a Saturday night (~10) and Sunday evening (~6pm). Saturday was awesome, some great music and a very diverse crowd all gettin drunk and their groove on. I love the indoor smoking since I like to add cancer to my liver cirrhosis. Seriously a great combo. Really good drinks on both occasions. Hot bartender with dark fauxhawk hair. I wish there was female go-gos too but some of the patrons satisfied my fix for that. Keep in mind if you go there might be a good chance you will stand along the wall with jaw dropped. I think also be prepared to look like you are going to a club. aka Dress to impress. Sunday, not as good...but its was early, my friends and I got yelled at for taking over the platform by this despondent asian chick who looked miserable and kept texting on her phone. I would love to have her job. Oh and the security people are pretty engaging and sexy.
by Lacy Canant on I quite like coming here for shows. Definitely a vintage vibe but without the ornate woodwork of some other places. A larger floor space than most. The back and sides are lined with thick red leather booths. Another bar and lounge around off the the side with a cozy fireplace for the cold SF evenings. I have yet to see this fabled girl in a fishbowl but I have plenty of reasons to keep trying.
