A large group of us, went last week to One Midtown Kitchen. I had been there two times before and been satisfied. We had several appetizers including the cheese platter - which was good. The Calamari was crispy and tasty. We then went to the entree. I had the Duck breast which was marginal (compared to the one I had a week ago at Rathbun's which was orgasmic). My wife had the Lamb which was shredded and came out as a croquette. It had to be one of the most disgusting things that I have ever paid at a restaurant. I cannot believe that they served us this. They were very nice and understood a difference in our palate with theirs. I think that they have turned into a more of a pub grub type of food. I hate to slam them but it was bad.

Not the best neighborhood but a great venue (try not to leave anything in plain sight in your car). Haven't checked out the balcony, but the floor is pretty sweet. It's got a really old classic theater feel to it that I like.
