by Sylvia Y. on we went here on a Wednesday night, which meant it was a drag queen night. oh how fun it was to see all the diva's workin' it... the "stage" is very small, make sure when they tell you to move, you find a nice comfy spot and get ready for a show. bring lots of dollar bills !!!
by Sylvester Newstrom on I like this place. It's a chill place to get a drink and hang out. The staff here is really cool. You can get a table to hang out at the bar. Unless I'm with a big group, I prefer the bar because its easier to meet people and I've met some cool people here. Everyone is really friendly and seems to just to be trying to have a good time. I also like that they don't play the music too loud so it's easy to have a conversation.
by MiRIAM w. on Prices for food and drink on the Mo-shoe'-loo may be on the high side, but if you fancy sailing on the high seas without ever leaving the dock, you'll want to give this boat a shot. Cocktails tend to be of the sweet, punchy variety but must I remind you: you're on a boat! Cast your eyes away from the parking lot and pretend you're on a tropical sea cruise! A few appetizers are more than enough to feed two as portions are more than generous. While I'll never be a regular on the Moshulu, I could definitely see coming here occasionally for an experience that really makes you feel far away from Philly. Perhaps a good spot to add to your staycation itinerary?
