by Leah B. on Wow! This place us huge! We went for the 14yr anniversary party so I'm sure there was more of a crowd than normal, but we didn't mind. Parking is a bit of a bitch to find. The neighborhood didn't seem too sketchy, just don't keep anythiing fancy out in the open in your car. After talking to someone in line who said the bar was cash only, we got inside to find out that they do take cards. The crowd appears too young even though it's 18+. We prefers the downstairs retro room to the main floor. Watch out for their stairs when you're wearing big boots or heels!!

by Emily S. on A bunch of us crazy girls celebrated a birthday at the Sunday's a Drag this morning. I can call my friends crazy.... they're all crazy for being friends with such a train wreck.... ME. Upon entering the Sir Francis drake, my breathe was taken away. Not just from the stairs, not from the hike in high heels from the parking garage... it is a beautiful hotel. The whole point of going to the show is not just the food, but the service and mostly the entertainment. I was amused throughout the entire show. Those queens are fucking gorgeous. I fucking heart them. Here is a list of what I consumed this morning in the Starlight Room: bacon (fuck it was good) bacon (I couldn't get enough of that shit) eggs benedict (I almost broke a tooth on the muffin) macaroon (fucking delicious) bacon (yeah, again) spinach salad (needed a bit of balance) 2 cups of hot tea (the vanilla bean with 1/2 a packet of sweetener) 1 slice french toast (it didn't need syrup... it was too sweet) The performances were fun.... I laughed so much, I think I may have peed a bit.... TMI? Too bad, the show was worth it!
