by Huong Marconi on This was my first time at Blue Note and I have to say that I had a great time. We came to listen to David Sanborne who is an amazing artist. I made reservations ahead of time and we actually had really good seats right in front of the stage. The seating is tight...very similar to a comedy club...but this didnt really bother me. I did have to sit across from my fiance and turn to watch the performance (which after a while gave me a neck strain). The set itself was about an hour 10 minutes and the music charge was $50 bucks per person. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves!
