by Edward Z. on We had the broiled chicken sandwich at Hill-Bert's on W. 35th and it was awful. If was a pre-packaged piece of meat that looked like spiced chicken spam that had been boiled or worse, nuked. My wife could not eat hers because of the texture and flavor. The onion rings were good but the french fries were greasy and salty and were of the frozen ilk. The service was slow, with only one person cooking and 4 people just standing around, talking. We will not go there again.
by Mick D. on i have just discovered this place. i liked the "chickenless wrap" a lot. I also had their lentil soup, which was fresh and delicious. i am not sure the menu "has everything anyone could want" but i'm looking forward to trying a kale salad, etc. they have a couple of items that had "soy shrimp" which i'm a little timid to try, but i would trust this place to try it out.... so that says a lot.
