The highlights were: - Fatty tuna tartare in miso, with a Japanese peach for palate cleansing after - Oysters 3 ways - Seared snapper - Grilled spicy lobster - Black Cod Miso (served with a mustard sauce!) - Flash seared Kobe sirloin - Nigiri tasting - Orange butter cream layered with chocolate cake and chocolate sauce, drizzles with butterscotch and chocolate sauce I'm getting hungry just typing the review. Seriously, this was a top-5 seafood experience, up there with Le Bernardin for inventiveness and flavor combinations.
