Wow, what a great spot. We came here with our three kids to introduce them to Jazz. We were not expecting a great meal with a fantastic 16 piece orchestral jazz ensemble. We came for the 7pm show. Great Upper West Side spot!!!

The first time I went there was for an 80's prom night thing and that was really fun and had a great time, but then I went to the Halloween bash and the New Years Eve bash, which was much worse. It takes you an hour to check in your coat and people are pushing and shoving and skipping the lines, same goes when you get your coat back. Then it seems they have no limit on people, which is REALLY dangerous. I was there last night and it was so crowded that people were pushing you and shoving and people couldn't take it anymore and there was crying. How can you dance when the room is sooo crowded? I couldn't even dance anymore. Then by the coat check room, there was a ceiling leak. It seems there is no security around when you need them. It's really dangerous. Also there was people smoking marijuana inside the place, I smelled it. I hate the smell of marijuana and smoking so that didn't sit well with me. There was also no smoking allowed outside the place, so people had to smoke inside, which sucked also because I had to smell it. When I went to the Halloween Bash, they allowed you to smoke outside. This place is a madhouse. I only went because I'm 20 and there wasn't many New Years parties I was allowed to go in except for this. Just avoid this club and save your money. All they care about is MONEY and not about safety. Thank God nothing serious happened though except for people slipping down the stairs and crying and people pushing and shoving. The only good thing about it is the music and sound system. Next time I go to a club is if there is a limit on people.

We ate something that we later realized may have been raw ground beef, but it was good, and I am still alive so I am not complaining. Also had the shish kabob. It was refreshing to finally eat something in Atlanta that wasn't fried, even if it likely was not cooked at all. Also I would have to agree with the person who said the service was laughably bad. I actually did laugh when the waitress brought me a fork and knife and didn't bring one for my friend. Then, when I discovered my friend's dish came with the delicious Ethiopian bread that you use to eat the ground beef tomato thing, the joke was on me. Also, the music was kind of loud reggae which was strange because we were the only people in the place, it was like the party forgot to come or something.
