I think this place is overated. Nothing really stood out. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Would I come back? Probably not, unless it was a friends bday and they just had to come here.

Came here for the New Years Eve party, and left because it wasn't crackin'. Lets just give it the benefit of doubt and say its partially because I wasn't with all of the right company. The space is big overall, yes. But for the MANY individual rooms and spaces they have, it makes each individual section extremely small. People are scattered all over the place and the whole thing is like a maze! There are multiple bars however and semi-private/private areas. I don't think I'll voluntarily be coming back though.

I noticed I reviewed San Francisco places and San Diego places but nothing where I live in Atlanta. I'd be remiss if I didn't review the place that makes me feel like "Norm" in Cheers. No matter how long it's been, they make me feel right at home. Ecco is the place I take everyone visiting Atlanta, and they love it. Sit at the bar and have Seth or Eric ply you with drinks. They're both delicious in and of themselves and make amazing martinis. It's a Win-Win. It's worth trying Ecco every couple months at least because the menu changes, but it's been the perfect spot every time because the menu is versatile enough to just have the goat cheese balls and a "God Save The Queen" (Seth's famous drink) or do three courses with a good bottle of wine. You will never be disappointed with Ecco.
