Website Description and Information
Crystal's On the Square in beautiful downtown Marietta, Georgia is the best-kept secret in Atlanta. Funk and Jazz, some of that good ole rock n' Roll, you've got to experience Crystal's to believe it and, you'll never pay a cover charge.

I like bars of all type, but few things I like about this place are the following: 1) Asian bartender on 2nd floor is funny, smart, and nice. 2) There are multiple floors and space. I'd rather be in a place with breathing room 3) Upstairs on 3rd floor is a little charm. Little private yard to have a cigarette, enjoy the sky, or do briefly get away from the scene 4) I have been here multiple times, and no customers or bartenders have been rude to me. Just mind your own business and you will be just fine. 5) Music is a hit or miss. But the DJ does play what is In and HOT. It depends on what time you go. 6) Some may call this place too "ethnic". I have one phrase, I love it.

Meh. I've experienced better. Now before I review I do realize that yes I'm in NY and the Meatpacking District. With that said, I feel that this place is lacking. Came here on a Saturday night and waited in line, there was no guest list or events, so everyone had to pay the cover. $25 dollars for both guys AND girls. Lame, if you ask me. And of course, we were subjected to watching groups of girls bypass the line... but of course that's how it is at all clubs. Personally I'm 23 years old and I'd give this a higher rating if I was older. The average age appeared to be over 30? As one of the groups of 8+ females entering were in their late 30s. They still had their IDs checked. I think that's why their prices are so high... the people who come here can afford it. I cannot. My friend Justin L. was given a bill of $40 for 2 shots of patron. As if the $25 cover wasn't enough. And the $3 coat check. Music wise, it was alright. It played house/electronic, which personally I am not used to. I just referred to it as a never ending beat that the DJ just tweaks every 5 minutes. I've gone clubbing before, but something with the lights just made me sick. I couldn't look up most the time. Add that to the alcohol and I decided to cut out early at about 2:30am. This club is small. Very small. It's basically just one room, with a dance floor no bigger than my room at home. Really. And people here seem to enjoy the lights here? Eh, I've seen better. 2 Stars. I think it's ruined my NYC clubbing experience. I'm going back to California.

Never come here. Parking is $15, in a crappy lot around the corner. We had a deposit on this place to get a large group (200+) in for free before 10:30, so everyone was in line, waiting, and waiting, and waiting... We were in that line until 11:30, and decided enough was enough. They were only letting people in full cover charge, or bottle service ($350/5). Basically, this place sucks, the bouncers are rude and stupid, and is not worth your time or money. If i could give it zero stars I would.
