by Allen A. on Real simple place with a pretty awesome menu. Juicy gourmet cheeseburgers cooked and served at a good pace makes this place a must for the neighboring college student. I highly recommend the LA Burger. Avocado relish. That's all you need to know. Their milkshakes are also really good, both regular and spiked. And their side orders aren't bad either. Huge onion rings and delicious sweet potato fries just to name some. And I'll add that all burgers can be crunchified!
by Valda Monterrano on We went here for lunch and sat on the heated patio. It was not busy, but service was slightly slow. Anyway, I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was huge and excellent (probably the best I've had around here), but the chips were disappointing for a couple reasons: (1) they were potato chips, not "chips" (fries) like almost all fish and chips come with and (2) they were cold and not fresh. So it was good and bad - just get some regular "chips" (just cut the potatoes into sticks instead of slices) and make sure they are fresh and hot and that is one incredible meal. I haven't had it, but the Celtic grill sandwich looked pretty impressive as well. Overall, it seems like pretty good food for a decent price. I'd like to go back and try more things here. 3.5
by philip b. on I live a block away, but I only come here mornings and afternoons---this is a nice alternative to the 4 starbucks in the area and is generally less noisy, if you need a place to study, read, or meet with some people. The fresh orange juice in the morning with a bowl of granola/fruit is really nice. The employees seem resigned but usually have cool tshirts, and I just found out there's free refills on coffee. bittersweet
