We had a great time here for a bachelorette weekend! There are bottomless mimosas for $7 and bloddies for $12. There is club music pumping and we ended up meeting some fun guys and having an impromptu dance party, which escalated into us standing on the seats of our booth and dancing like we were in VIP at a club. Anything goes here - with in reason. I would have given it 5 stars, but it I did feel as though the menu options were a little limited. I would still go back, but I wash hoping there might be some eclectic breakfast offerings. Definitely coming back next time I am in San Fran! PS - If you are going Saturday morning, make a reso. I made one on open table a few weeks in advance. I tried to adjust it for extra people one week in advance and there was no availability at all for Saturday. I did call, though, and they were able to manually add one more person.

We were a big group 3:1 ratio girls to guys there for a birthday, did not have bottle service but arrived at 10:30. Getting there early did not seem to matter. We waited in line from 10:30 to 11:48 pm before bouncing over to busby's before the night was completely over. We were bummed about the time wasted.. but when you have 20+ people it doesn't matter where you go anyway - you ARE the club so why even bother lowering ourselves to try to get into this club!

I'm a big fan of the Yoshi's in Jack London Square, and was looking forward to trying the SF location. Food and presentation were FOUR PLUS STARS. We shared the seared tuna and the hamachi. Both were beautiful and delicious. Dining venue is THREE STARS. It's pretty and modern, but rather loud and boisterous. Service was TWO STARS. I try not to ding a restaurant too much for one inattentive server, but both our dinner server and our server in the jazz club were neglectful. I had a glass of wine with dinner, which I finished halfway through my meal. The only time the server checked back was shortly after we received the food, so no refill was forthcoming. In the jazz club, our order was not taken for the 10pm show until after 11pm, and our drinks were received about 10 minutes before the final notes were played. She also dropped one glass of water off for our table of four, and never returned to offer anything to the other guests (who were indeed thirsty). Though pleasant, neither server was apologetic in the least for her oversights. Music venue was THREE PLUS stars. All the seats are good for view and acoustics (on the floor, we did not try the balcony), but the seating was overcrowded. Music was FIVE STARS. Yoshi's does know how to book the quality acts. I love that both Yoshi's locations do the Sunday afternoon family friendly shows, with the same artist who played for the grown ups all weekend. What better way to introduce your kids to great music? If I have better service on my next visit, all other things being equal, I will bump up my rating a star.
