We ate at South City Kitchen (Midtown) for Saturday Brunch. The service was impecible. the waitstaff made me feel almost like a movie star (the papparizzi was waiting outside as usual). My glass was never empty. The chef heard I was gluten free and came out to personally go over the menu with me to make sure I was OK. I ordered... the shrimp and scallops over cheese grits with a red pepper sauce. Lovely. The scallops melted in my mouth. My dining companion had a lump crab hash with a poached egg and Hollandise sauce. I think he was pleased. We sat outside and the cherry blossoms were inmy hair and my drink which kind of made it pefect.

I basically live at this place. It's been the cause of many a difficult morning for me the day after a visit. I Heart the Two. It's my favorite bar ever.
