by Jessica J. on Good food, great roof deck. Not to harp on the point that so many rateclubers have brought up, but the roof deck is simply amazing. Since I can only contribute my 4. Thought I'd do 2 things: 1) Check out Reason to Party ( http://www.reasontopar...) they do events there a few times a year. 2) Here is a haiku about Medjool for your criticism. Clear nights at Medjool Beautiful San Francisco Roof deck has great views Oh well, first haiku since high school, sue me.
by Caesar R. on I am a fan. Love the open air drinking establishment that isn't just a beer garden. You can have decent views of parts of the city. And if you are inclined face Jersey, but eh, why? Great spot to waste the afternoon away into early evening. On Sat. nights, they have a DJ after 10, the place definitely has a total different vibe. I go here a lot in the summer months. Beer selection is decent with buckets of coronas. When busy, I say skip the buckets, they tend not to be cold enough. The food selection is pretty good. Everything from Burgers to Lobsters and crab cakes. See you again soon Frying Pan.
by Leroy Maglaya on This is the place I go when I want to stray away from very packed and crowded areas of 6th. The prices aren't too bad and you can get some food too. They have a fried basket that's about $5 and you can get fried pickles, mushrooms, french fries, and other stuff. You pick 3 types of friedstuff and it comes heaping in a basket. Starch + liquid starch = fatty = score!. The '!' is a part of the answer, so my period makes sense. This place is spacious and contains shuffleboard. It's not too expensive to rent out the slidey things. It's fun to play after a few beers. The sand they use are actually very small plastic balls. That blows my mind for some reason. Remember when this place had a huge rateclubs event? That was a great night. I just wanted you to remember it.... REMEMBER IT!!!
