First and only club in NYC I went too. My brother knew a girl that helped us get in line cut. However we were on the B-day list but weren't on time so we had to pay $20. Unless $20 was the discount?! Upon entry the club had an outdoor Japan feel too it. Very nice and creative. There's the main dance floor and a upper area that surrounded the ballroom. Good size club with ariel dancers hanging from cloth. I didn't like the fact that the V.I.P tables were very close to the dance floor. I can see why now with the Japanese theme and space that the last scene of Kill Bill was filmed here. True story. 3 stars- For decor, good music and space. -2 stars- V.I.P tables on dance floor and dancing space.

I've been to estate a few times. I had ONE amazing night here when the DJ was completely amazing. He knew how to mix and what tracks to play and I could not stop dancing. Sad to say, that was the only night that was like that. Estate plays mashes of current hits or a more techno version of popular songs and I love it, but some nights the DJs just suck i.e. play a new song every 20 seconds, it got pretty annoying. I think it just depends on the night you go and which DJ is playing. The drinks are expensive, but they are in any club in Boston and there is a cover fee of $10-$20 for girls and guys depending on how the manager feels and what time you arrive and how large your group is. Overall, the Estate is slightly better than some of the other places I have gone.
