Very bad hostess skills/costumer service! My friends and I had 8:30pm reservations on a Tuesday for dining days/restaurant week, which also happens to be their all you can eat sushi night. Despite arriving at 8:15pm, we did NOT get seated until 9:15pm!!!! I checked in with the hostess THREE TIMES and every time she asked for my name! Her excuse: "we're really busy!" Seriously?? Here's a thought-if you do NOT have the table to HONOR a RESERVATION...DON'T ACCEPT THE RESERVATION!!! When our table was finally ready the hostess approached the two guys behind us and said my name. They replied, "that's not us." She responded, "That's OK, follow me." I stepped in to say that she was looking for me. We were then placed at a table for five people because the hostess thought we were a party of five even though the reservation CLEARLY said for THREE. Once seated, my friends and I opted for the $30 set meal for the dining/days: choice of one appetizer, one entree, one dessert per person. Our waitress informed us that because we were three people we were only allowed to chose two appetizers and two entrees but we still had to pay $30/person. ??? Basically they wanted to cheat us out of one appetizer and one entree. We complained (felt more like begging) to have what the menu was advertised for and got our wish. I feel that if I waited 45-60min for a table WITH a reservation, that just bad business. Don't insult me by trying to get away with cheating me out of two dishes! Especially after you didn't honor my reservation! Aside from that, the food was good but not worth all that hassle. My advice: if you insist on dinning here...don't waste your time with a reservation and avoid going there when they have specials. Apparently management cannot handle "busy" times or honor reservations; nor can they honor their advertised specials without kicking up a fuss!

Really? Really?!!! I can't believe this place is considered Miami's popular clubs. It was recommended by my concierge. I should have read Rob C.'s review first. Yes, I shamefully admit, I didn't do the proper research before heading out there. I found the place to shelter mean, snobby, and pretentious people. First, I still had to pay $20 cover but was told I would get a free drink since I had a voucher from the hotel. Ummm the free drink included only well drinks or something ridiculous like that. The female bartender said she couldn't make me a mojito. Then she said she couldn't make my friend a cosmo. We finally asked her, "what CAN you make?" I really didn't like her because at the end of the night, after ordering many a many drinks, I asked for water on tap. She said, "no, i don't serve free water. but you can buy bottled water." How ridiculous!!! So I walked to another bar and the male bartender gave me water on tap, free of charge. In your face Female Bartender!!! What is wrong with her? The only highlight of this club is that it has 3 dance floors. Overall, I'd stay clear of this place and never return!!!!!! DON'T GO!

Come here if you're you're feeling some old school 80s and 90s hip hop. You know, the kind of music that when you hear it makes everyone in their 30s go "oh, sh***!" Drinks are fairly cheap, cocktails are at most $10 each. Very small bar, which I imagine gets all hot and sweaty on the weekends. But crowd is cool and diverse, so hot and sweaty may not be so bad ;-)
