We made reservations for Mother's Day Brunch and after we found out that Mom did not like this place, she called it the big ugly boat. When we booked the reservation we asked about the cancelation policy, 72 hours, fine, no problem. We called on Thursday around 11am to cancel our 11am brunch reservation for Sunday and they charged us a cancelation fee. The lady on the phone told me we called 71.25 hours not 72. Ridiculous.
by Adam t. on Just went to a wedding here. The location was stellar. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. It was probably the best wedding i have been to, otehr than my own. The Staff was courteous, and the chef, who was carving the meat for the dinner, was outstanding. The view from the decks is beautiful and the added bonus of heaters made sittin outside in the cool evening a plus.
