by Jonathan S. on Oslo is a sick downstairs nightclub that embodies everything about Detroit Techno. It is super dark, and super small with several nooks and crannies to the place that makes it nice in a curious sort of way. I notice something different about the place every time I'm in there. I just wish that they had more recurring events, or just better-promoted events. I never hear about the sweet stuff that goes down at Oslo until either the day of the event, or after it's occurred. Parking kinda sucks on the weekends, but outside of that this is one of my favorite spots downtown.
by Grisel Garacia on will have to rewrite review when comin here for a non business event... this review is for the pbp nonprofit event... owner of bar is very easy to work with for this event, provided us projector, slide show on flat screen tv's... and free lil munchies and drink specials! big enough for big group, small enough for intimate interaction! plenty of seating areas... a lil dark... not really liking the red velvet curtains... bathrooms are interesting... u can see out... but lookin in u see a mirror...
