Bar tenders are rude and the managers are even worse. To top it off, it takes forever to get a drink, and the specials aren't any better than any where else on 6th. Finally, the clientele make the cast of Jersey Shore look like intellectuals. Given that there are dozens of other bars on East 6th, please pass on this one and just go across the street or next door.

Okay, Texas Jimmy Johns, I wanted to see what you had up against the Illinois Jimmy Johns and why everyone in my family loves your sandwiches. Yeah, I remember your "Subs so fast you'll freak" campaign. Yes, you guys ARE fast. I signed my receipt, and the guy behind the counter hands me my sandwich and goes, "here's your sub, sorry for the wait". I thought he was being a smart alek, but then he said the same thing to the customer behind me. The customer was like "?" Good service - Get ready to be greeted by a chorus of "Hello"s and "Welcome to Jimmy Johns" when you come in the door 3 stars for the food - The chips are good (so I haven't met a chip I didn't like yet) The sandwich (I got the #2 - Big John) is nothing to write home about. The bread is good though! I can see why my mom and my brother like your subs. Even though there wasn't anyone in the restaurant, it looked like a bunch of 3 yr olds and Cookie Monster had just had a crumb confetti "Subs so fast you'll freak" party. I'll give you guys 3.5 stars. I didn't find anything spectacular about your food, but I guess I'm just the sub sandwich black sheep of the family. *Note: By the way, the #2 Big Tom and Salt & Vinegar Chips come out to a whopping 985 calories for any of you still sticking to your New Years Resolution!
