by Sherman Wertz on This is a review of Medjool the RESTAURANT: Did not come here by choice. There was nothing inviting about this restaurant, and the menu was definitely not enticing. I came with a large birthday group, and after we had ordered (which was a bit of an ordeal), it took a while for the food to come (expected). However, once the food started coming, it wouldn't stop coming! Everyone at the table had received their orders, yet the food continued to arrive. When the bill came, there were several drinks and food orders that were unaccounted for... SHADY! The food itself was very meh. The meat, while fairly tender, came out cold. The halibut/gnocchi dish, which had sounded pretty decent in the description, was bland and overcooked. DO NOT WANT. Will not be returning.
by Yan M. on Came here in the past for a friend's bachelorette party in the basement and it was HOT, lots of fun, great entertainment ....came here again tonight and apparently the dinner location upstairs was full, hence we just went downstairs to the bar/dancefloor area. Pretty good 60's and 80s music which had everyone grooving but it was still early on a Fri night.... Update: Came here for dinner tonight and the food was tasty and the entertainment was fabulous! Lovely ladies in da house!! Definitely a great time.
