NEVER COME HERE. Firstly, the staff portrayed a large amount of incompetence and a bad attitude towards customers. After witnessing a fight that the entire staff at Ella witnessed and also helped provoke ...I simply have to warn everyone out there that this is probably the worst bar in NYC. I would like to say congrats to the staff of Ella lounge - the bouncers, bar tenders & the manager - you managed to push a fight about a foot outside of your door in order to avoid conflict inside your bar. Mission accomplished. This place is filled with crooks - the bouncers were standing outside allowing his staff member to go outside and fight a customer. They watched one of their guys sucker punch a customer. It was as though they were spectators applauding the performance. This place should be sued. If you are looking to get a drink thrown in your face, feel like getting knocked out unconscious for no reason at all, suck down cheap toxins, and commit to inhaling the most terrible toilet accommodations ever, then this is the place to go. Also, the dance floor is downstairs and it is incredibly small without room to even move in. If you like to dance - too bad... you can't. I even spoke to the manager at the end and he told me to f*** off. This place needs to be put out of existance. I dont recommend going to this place ever...Avoid like the plague.

Sundays are back again starting this week!! Shatangi has found the place where talented dancers can show off in the perfect setting. I am always mesmerized by the cast-of-Fame atmosphere. The drinks are crap the lines are long and they won't make me a caipirina any more on Sunday but what the hell. Nice mix of mo, metro, hetero and fauxmo. Shatangi told you
