by lacey p. on I recently dined at The Kress before going to their amazing three level dance floors. First let me start of by saying that the entire restaurant staff was amazing because they were all so friendly and efficient. The food used to be Asian style, but has switched to a much more friendlier menu in which everyone can find something they like. Also, all the menu items are at a very reasonable price which is great considering it's a Hollywood spot and plus with this bad economy wow!. The food ranges from burgers, pastas to steaks and fish items. I will definitely be back! and will recommend everyone to check it out.
by Mikaela Tashman on meh went to the pre-halloween party here friday night drinks were expensive and watered down worst long island ive ever had only reason why it gets 3 stars is that our friend got us in so we didnt have to wait in line, the costumes were great, the music was good, nice decor inside. lighting was kinda whack though, there was a white spot light thingy that kept shining in my eye different floors and rooms with different music, it was fun dancer girls on the stages cant really dance not a WOW AMAZING! but its hollywood, come on, what do you expect
by Brendan K. on Like eating on the set of 2001: A Space Odyssey. I eat lunch here about once a week and usually go for the Kaiseki express menu. The Kaiseki menu offers 5 different choices all with miso soup, house salad and rice and for between $12 and $15 dollars you can't beat it. It's also really fast, to the table in under 15 minutes. Sushi is reasonably priced and pretty good. They don't always give you an a la carte sushi menu so go ahead and ask for one. Good choice for a quick delicious lunch in the Penn area.
