by Linh D. on i went to this place randomly and ended up really liking it. went on a fri which was a great night. they played really awesome music (not really top 40 but mixed indie rock w/ old school hip hop). loved it. The downstairs is small but would you expect anything else from a bar in ABC city? no. all in all, it felt more grown-up than most other places in the area. def going back and highly recommended. bartender's cute too.
by Lizbeth Fouts on Came here for the Halloween 2009 at Supperclub: Dead Light District event and I was not impressed. There was a lot of stunning decorations with a good DJ lineup. I went and purchased the $35 discounted advance ticket thinking that was going to include 8 theatrical shows as promised. What I ended up paying for was entrance to a club where people was just dancing around and the only show was a person coming out every 30 to pop a balloon.

If you like the lounge thing, just stand there with loud techno crap blasting and sipping your over prized drink wearing a sports jacket... FINE, then this place is awesome. But its not for me. It looks great and all, but it is really boring for someone more laid back, down to earth like me.
