Great time in NY! I went here w/a local who hadn't been. We got here on a Friday in time for Salsa lessons (so much fun!!). We ordered the chicken & potato croquettes for a starter and my friend (who was the local) was mesmerized by this appetizer...and I'm serious when I say this guy fell in love!! We also ordered dinner. I had the Jalapeno Sirloin Hamburger Steak. Ok. I would order something else (or extra croquettes next time). My friend ordered the grilled bbq salmon and he too said he wished he would have ordered more croquettes. We were surprised by live music (cuz we ended up in this place after a movie and just picked it at random). It was little Johnny or somthing along those lines. Serious Puerto Rican salsa and some DJ merengue in-between sets. Just a jamming amazing time!!! Highly recommend you check it out if you like dancing, a lively crowd and decent appetizers.

During my interview visit to UPenn, I had my good buddy Scott take me to the famouse Cheesesteak places in Philly. We ended up at Geno's and we were drawn in by the bright neon marquee. I was impressed with the speed the food was brought, as it was ready to go in under a minute...which meant that it was alreay fast food prepared.... I went with provolone which wasn't too bad... Overall the sandwhich was dry, the fries were decent...but its part of buying into the hype. Also, I was blown away by the "Speak English only" signs...amazing....
