by Mark C. on This place is clearly take it or leave it. I've had OK experiences, and I've had god-awful experiences. Though I've thoroughly enjoyed all the food I've ordered here, the service always leaves a lot to be desired. Rude, condescending staff seems to be a pretty consistent theme -- especially if you're at the bar. I'd love to go more often, especially for those green beans, but I usually end up walking past because it's hard to enjoy food when you feel like you aren't really all that welcome.
by Ginny N. on Talk about atmosphere - Dantes is overflowing with it. http://www.dantesdownt.../ Eating fondue on the upper deck of a rather large ship right smack in the middle of a restaurant... AND with live crocodiles below you!!! It's definitely something you should experience at least once. Its fun regardless of the occasion. And to boot- Live jazz music almost every night.
