Pluses: $6 for Yuengling, good liquor selection, very friendly staff, and a great space (they manage to have two bars and enough space for mingling/dancing--truly a commendable use of NYC real estate), close to the subway, and not too crowded. Minuses: Far from everything else (kind of--SoHo west of Sixth Ave is kind of a ghost town on the weekends except for the few bars in the area), awkward crowd (so many girls who couldn't handle 3" heels or guys who didn't get the memo that striped button downs over solid-colored t-shirts went out with Bush II), and the men's room was just a toilet, urinal, and sink with no lock. Maybe I'm a bit prudish, but I like more privacy than that.

Came here for a birthday party on Saturday and they messed up the guest list, so we ended up having to pay for $20 cover, however we didn't have to wait in line so that was good. Arrived at around 11ish and there was a good amount of people not bad, but once 12 hit there were a lot of people. I liked the decor, it was very sexy; there were a lot of sexy people and the dancers were great. Club, and a show (the dancers wore fun outfits, very playhouse, funky style; girls did some dancing on the corners and tops of the bar, while guys did some ring type dancing...like cirque-du-soleil)...so it was fun to watch. Drinks were easy to get since there were three different bars one at each end of the club and one in the middle (drinks were about $11 each). The dance floor got really crowded especially since the sides were taken up by tables and the end was a bar. Restrooms were well kept and clean. The music switched from some 80's to modern overall pretty good mix...It definitely lived up to it's playhouse name/theme.
