It's not only one of my favorite restaurants in Philadelphia, it's one of my top 5 ever. The place is awesome, the food is great & it's a dress up or dress down...it's awesome. My favorite is the bruschetta. Nothing fancy but it's scrumptious! The signature drinks are great too! The tapas style is interesting & really fun! Highy suggest going here if you're in the area!
by Mike S. on I went to Red Buddha once over the summer, and had a good time. I tried going back a while ago, only to find that it had become Play. Actually, I went back on what turned out was opening night for Play. I think Play was built by the blue LED industry. I walk in to the bar, expecting something red colored, and all I get was neon blue light everywhere. Really really jarring. Maybe the bar gets better after you take 10 steps inside, but the first 10 steps are definitely only 1 star.
