by Jennifer P. on Sorry guys! Assembly line production was intended for cars and other such consumer goods... not sandwiches. I have been in this location twice, have twice asked for (and also paid for) peppers at the register, and have twice ended up with a sandwich... you guess it... without any peppers. They even handed me the sandwiches saying something like "number_ with peppers." I think that the staff is either perma-fried or is just too jaded. I'm going to have to go with a NO. I would prefer to go somewhere where the person taking my order is the same person who is assembling the sandwich the way I want it. Sheesh!
by Hani H. on This place is cute and arty, I dig the whole gallery/bar thing because it lets you feel intellectual instead of just a binge drinker. :) Mixed crowd, fancy hipsterish without being douchey. I'm gonna go old school and passe because I'm feeling nostalgic for Borat after watching Bruno: "Niiiiice! I liiiike!"
by Ira Azor on Went to Sushi House Hayakawa after reading the excellent review in Creative Loafing (online) and also getting rave review from a friend. It was excellent! The fish was so fresh and I don't think I've had such soft, yet sticky rice. Art, the head chef, was extremely friendly and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great sushi experience in Atlanta. Make a reservation though - we went on a Fri night and it's a tiny restaurant that fills up fast. They mark the tables (and seats at the bar!) with reservation stickers, so there's little chance of a walk-in unless you are maybe a party of 2 and can do the bar.
