A different drinking/eating environment - on a pier/boat. It gets pretty crowded (I went around 8 pm on a Thursday). It's hard to get to the bar to get drinks and all the tables are taken. I would go back again but earlier to grab a table and drink with friends. Since it's by the pier, there's a decent breeze for hot summer days.

Happy Hour~ Monday to Friday starting at 5:30pm (specials vary by day and time) http://www.triplecrown... Let me just say this, I am a cheap date. One drink and appetizer will get me nicely buzzed and happy. And when that happens, I might just fall in love with you. But I'm referring to the restaurant. I may be cheap, but not easy. =P Came here on a Friday with some coworkers. Friday special: $3 pints, $2 Bud Lights, buy one get one free pizzas and appetizers. Chimay and Stella Artois for $3?? Score! 10 varieties of pizzas to choose from. We had the pepperoni mushroom, Italian sausage and roast chicken. Mighty delicious! Loved the tasty crust and bubbling cheese! Mmmm. And with the pizzas being only $9-$11, the buy one get one free deal is awesome! Dark walls, disco lights, live DJ. One happy Friday night!

This place is cool because it supports the arts. Its not just a bar/club scene but also transformed itself into a space to screen short films. Sure there were concessions--popcorn & candy in addition to the full bar. The people are cool and the interior is friendly. The two bands that opened and closed the screenings were also great. The bar makes stiff drinks, refreshing. My only qualm with the place is that they lack a sound engineer (or if they have one, s/he sucks). There was noise coming out of the speakers when there shouldn't have been, the sound was simply too loud at moments. I thoroughly liked and enjoyed the music but felt like it was going to bust my head open. =/
