by Clifton Lukman on As the gay capitol of the country, San Francisco is seriously lacking in the gay dance club environment. With one big exception: The Café. It is the only place I've found in San Francisco that meets all of my gay bar needs: *Go Go Dancers in pink underwear. Check. *Amazing music that makes it impossible not to hit the dance floor. Check. *Seriously strong drinks. Check. *Fabulous looking men with perfect hair. Check. *Clean and spacious ladies bathroom. Check. *Friendly staff and clientele. Double Check! (I dropped my ID at some point and the person who found it mailed it back to me -- nice things like this do not happen in San Francisco!) Thank you to my super fantastic friend Wes P for getting me to The Café. It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway -- I will definitely be back.
