by Ashley M. on impressive place.. went on a slow night so i got to really check out the place.. it is cozy.. dark.. romantic.. and elegant.. lots of people who were on a date where there.. i wasnt.. but i was with a guy so mildly awkwardish but not really.. bartender knew his shit and go me what i asked for.. and well lets be honest here.. who doesnt love bubbles?!
by Fidela Maselli on My first real "Dance Club" in NYC, (I don't think Mercury Bar or Tonic can be considered a D Club), and lets just say i was more than just blown away! Very classy, awesome House music, and a not so crowded interior allowed for some pretty good dancing. Was entertaining some out of town'ers from Vancouver, BC, and they loved it. Very Expensive though, after all the speakeasy's and low lying bars I've been haunting after coming to the city. My advice, tank up a bit before you get to this place. I need my alcohol to enjoy n dance to House, (I'd think everyone does), and unless its the weekend you received your Stimulus or Tax returns, I'd suggest hitting some $$ bar before getting here. Chris, my buddy, told be that its on Lonely planet, and hence there was this above normal EU traffic:-D
