by Lieselotte Kampmann on It was such a sunny Friday last week, we decided to check this place out...we went in around 6pm, and it was not too crowded inside so we could actually pick our spot and we tried upstairs. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, that has to be underlined. Last but not least, the food was gorgeous, small portion tapas are just enough for dinner and the wine choice is awesome...yay! Am a fan!!
by Wava Heitmann on i think it's pretty hard to screw up italian food. seriously. and this place didn't screw it up. it's pretty good. it reminds me of these old italian mafioso places back in chicago. the pasta? tasty but too greasy. the wines were too pricey. but the cool part? on the weekends, the place turns into a danceclub, that plays a fun selection of 80's and somehow dance-able music. bring your own friends...unless if you like the 40-somethings with pompadours.
by Thomas F. on I think it depends what you are looking for (that is why the four stars). If you like pre drinks, people watching, lounge music, in a specias atmosphere buddha bar is your location. On the weekend very crowded and a very touristy European vibe. (I guess because of Buddha Bar Paris), but everyone dressed to show. The food is good though very little portions for a high price. Apetizers and desserts are def better then the main course, but that is the case in many restaurants (I think a PR thing. People generally remember the first and the last course).
