Man, the food was delicious. Everything I ordered I savored and loved. I got the platanos which was great. For the main dish I got the Crevette Coco(sauteed shrimps in coconut sauce served with rice and roasted potatoes) and mmm... it was damn tasty. I need to come here again and have their amazing food and try more of their great drinks!

There are enough good reviews of SFU. The food is always great, the drinks and beer selection rock and I love the upstairs patio. Some people are turned off by the view over Oakland Cemetery, but I find it to be a beautiful place. The fried seafood is always great but I live for the snow crab boil, especially when it's in season. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the service is always sluggish when I go. My server always seems oblivious to my existence or indifferent. Whatever, my food is always great. And I really hope their new location is not only bigger (weekend nights SUCK. Expect to wait a while) but that they also keep the rooftop patio!

This is a great place if you accidentally parked your Jetta on Guerrero instead of Green, if ya know what I mean. (Hint: a little more Marina than Mission, which is important for kids that find themselves a little further afield than they'd like.) I miss the creepy, sprawling old Bruno's.
