Great ambiance and crowd, attentive and warm staff, great waiter (Jason), nice wine list and the food just kept blowing us away. The social dining concept was really nice, it was more elegant than "family" style plates. Presentation was top of class. We had the 11 item chef's choice, it was plenty of food, every item was good, several were rub it in your hair good...layers, texture, heat...nicely complex but not overwhelming. This is a great place for a group dinner or birthday. And it's also romantic. We were there for an anniversary and had a fantastic night. Not cheap, but worth it. A great addition to the LA dining scene. Valet was a bit of an annoyance at $14...after a $350 dinner, do something to subsidize parking...keep that smile on the customers face, not just in their belly...
