by Buford Siemonsma on Very, very nice staff and cool environment. The room and bathroom is clean. The couple dorm has a separate bathroom for the ladies and gentlemen. Ok, here is your pre-warning...if you're staying in the couples dorm be prepared to walk up a cramped staircase that's 3 flights up. On the weekends, there's "Club 27" that shares the alley way, so if you can't hang with the noise you can get ear plugs from the staff. The mirror in the ladies bathroom is really high up. If you need to check yourself out, there's a mural mirror downstairs...better than nothing. The couple dorm has 9 ikea bunk beds, but everyone was pleasant and quiet. No one really made eye contact...maybe it had something to do with the girl who freely got out of her bunk in her undies and t-shirt that barely covered her undies...or maybe it was my bf who did the same...hhhmm? I got in late one night and the alley was not intimidating, but I was also really buzzed from drinking. I would definitely stay here again.
by Joesph Przybylski on Mighty is fabulous. Always has great lineup DJ's that play the best house. The main dance floor is spacious and there's 2 big bars. The sound system has had some issues in the past, speaker blown out, etc. but the music is still bumpin' and gets you groovin'. Tucked away, you wouldn't even know it was here if not for the crowd of people dancing on the outside "patio"/smoking area. Drinks are strong, and reasonably priced, the bartenders are always friendly, even when it's ultra crowded, they still take the time to give you a smile, at least acknowledging they see you. The main dance floor is spacious, has great decor, but the back room could use a little help. Tiny tiny, stuffy and it feels like a sauna in there. The music back there has never been my taste, weird ambiancy music at times or hip hop. Mighty always throws a good bash and I always dance my little heart out.
by Spartacus U. on Review is based soley on the venue: I attended the Donovan party here a couple of Saturdays ago. As soon as I entered, I was pissed that I didnt dress to the 9s that night. I have NEVER, in all my years of club going, have been floored by the ambiance, music, and good lookings as I did that night. Once you walk in, the whole place took you in, with it's elaborate white staircase, valuted ceilings, mood lighting, and of course the Miami modelesque women wiggling around. I told my friends that it looked like a P Diddy music video in there, minus the hundred dollar bills being strewn about the place.
