by Gregg B. on Not the best place: An unpleasant welcome by the hostess but was seated quickly in the garden area: Took a while to get a drink ordered, food was OK. Not great. (Steak Frites: Fries were soggy, steak was adequate..) Service was just below satisfactory but pleasant. Nothing special at all. Would return if there were no other options for a bite in Chelsea but there are so it may be my last.

The coatroom lost a friend's jacket, barely apologized, and had no problem sending her out in the freezing cold at 4 am with nothing on more than a thin cardigan. No offer for cab fare, no sincere apologies, no offer for free tables/bottles for next time, NOTHING. The staff dismissed us as a bunch of silly drunk girls and wouldnt even let us wait inside while we sorted this out. 4 AM-February, WINTER. WTF. Then, the flaky manager (STEVEN HERNANDEZ) hung UP on me while I demanded he take responsibility for this, and I am still waiting for a call back. Not to mention overpriced drinks and so-so ambience. PLEASE, take your hardearned money somewhere else where the staff/management respects and values their patrons. I will NEVER return here and will never bring any of my friends here. I am from LA and this shit would never fly there. I would give negative stars if it were possible.
