Looking at all the historical photos and pictures make you feel like you are contributing to history by being there. Recommend the Chili dogs and the onion rings.
by Emmett Kaczynski on Absolute crap. I'm not a trendy, cool guy so I was quickly out of my league walking into Halo, after paying a cover that made me feel like I was at The Gold Club again. Jammed packed with douchebags with slicked back hair and girls dressed like pros, this place is the prime example of a club for the ego driven. It's murder just to move around in this place too, and everyone is rude and arrogant from the ten minutes I stayed. Forget the bar completely, you'll never find an open spot to order a drink and even if you do, you can't afford it and won't like it since it's watered down to the bare minimum. If you're into the drug scene, hang out in the bathroom, you'll see a few users and tweakers lining up to bump a line or drop pills as soon as they get into a stall. Always nice to see a good '80s throwback. Then you can look forward to the four block walk back to where you parked, because there is no parking anywhere near the place.
