by Taiyo K. on I like the concept of supperclub: sitting on comfy white cushions while dining on a course meal, with a unique show. However, some things about the whole experience was just not satisfying: -We had seats directly in front of the stairs/DJ booth and couldn't see what was going on during each performance. Bad layout design. -The main course - fish - was overcooked and too dry -The dessert tasted and looked very artificial... and I know it's part of their thing, but having it in an ashtray didn't help. -They included service charge for the 2 of us, which was completely unnecessary. Besides the dinner, it cost an additional $85 with drinks and service charge, in a setting where the servers basically just bring and take away your dishes. -The host(ess)' legs were so slim and fit that it made me jealous and not want to eat my meal.
by Patrick Monzon on extremely comfortable beds! fresh products! i loved the soy shampoo. great service. friendly hotel staff. conveniently located near hollywood & highlands. i was here for my company's national sales conference so i didn't have to pay a dime. so my review might be a little biased. for our conference meetings they provided voss water (which really isn't special), a great selection of teas, coffee, and fresh fruit every morning.
